  2. 2Bank calls TRACE on Continue — one API request.
  3. 3HIGH or MEDIUM? Show a warning. The customer still decides.
  4. 4LOW, or TRACE unreachable? Transfer continues normally.

Nova Bank is fictional. Recipient names come from the bank's own name enquiry, never from TRACE.
